"The China Garden" (Ashley's Review)"

Alexis was actually the person to make me read this book and I am so glad that I did. " The China Garden" by Liz Berry is a timeless classic. It is a love story and a mystery all rolled into one.

What is it about may you ask? Well here is a description....
"When Clare moves with her mother from London to Revensmere, an historic English estate, she can't shake the feeling that the residents already know her, especially, Mark, a maddeningly attractive biker. Clare also feels compelled to take midnight walks in Ravensmere's abandoned China Garden. Then her mother reveals that their own past is tragically linked to the estate. But when Clare discovers that Ravensmere is in grave danger, will she risk her future-and Mark's- to save it?"

"The China Garden" is a mystery all on its own and it is a thrilling ride to see the conclusion. This is a stand alone book, but Liz makes it end without a cliff hanger and does kinda leave you wanting more. Clare is a strong character who you get to watch leave what people what her to be to be the woman that she wants to be. Throwing in a broody, hot, leather wearing, biker named Mark is just a perk for Clare and he might play a big part in the story. This book is an old one but it is so worth the money and the time to read. You get to find out what is Revensmere, why is the population acting like they know Clare, and can she save her future as well as Marks or will she just throw everything away and fall back on what she knows? You have to read it to find out....

Leaving you in suspense....
